On Wednesday, Mount Carmel CEO toured Bailey's Bistro in Albion with owner Morgan Bailey. Morgan started our team off in the kitchen, giving them an opportunity to create their very own strombolis, which will appear on the menu in the coming months. After the their crash course in the kitchen, she sat down with the students and talked about her experiences in the restaurant business since she and her husband started the Bistro two years ago. It hasn't always been an easy road, but it's clear when talking to Morgan that this is her passion and that comes through in everything she does.
