On Tuesday morning, Mount Carmel CEO welcomed guest speaker Tim Raibley to join our team for a conversation about his experiences as an architect who built his own company, some insights into what it takes to become an architect and an explanation of what goes into creating and reading a set of building plans. Tim also served as a Facilitator when Mount Carmel CEO first launched, so our team asked him some great questions about the program's inception and some of his fondest memories from that time.
